Privacy notice
This notice explains how AxiomCode handles the personal information you share with us through www.axiomcode.in.
What we collect
When you use one of our forms (to book a discovery call or a demo, ask about the Discovery Sprint, join the partner program or request a callback), we collect:
- your name, designation and organization name;
- your mobile number and email address;
- the message you write, and the date and time you sent it.
Our servers also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of our forms.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange a call or demo, and discuss our services, products or partner program. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who sees it
Form submissions are sent by email to the AxiomCode team through our own notification service and email provider. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal information, or withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will respond promptly.
